Where is the sense in these desperate dreams...
I'm Alice, a dissolute British librarian.
This is a personal blog, and I tend to post a lot of random and completely unrelated things, including horror movies, various fandoms, art, writers, nature, and creepy things.
I ship Dean/Castiel and write lots of fanfiction about them.
I have bipolar 2 disorder, and I am trying to raise awareness of mental health.
Was there anything that really scared you as a child, from a film, or something you saw on TV? It doesn’t have to be horror, just something that really creeped you out?

The theme music of X Files. Didn’t have to watch it, I just heard that music and had to plug my ears.

There was an episode of Johnny Quest with a curse or something that rapidly aged and mummified people within a minute of being affected by it. For some reason that idea stuck with me as a young child and I had nightmares for years afterwards.

The dog who picked the ducks you killed in “duck hunt” (the nintendo game). I believe it stills freak me out. And Zelda’s “Happy mask salesman”, but that is not just me: he is plainly creepy.

I remember being really small and somehow seeing both “Firestarter” and the remake of “The Blob” on TV and it freaked me out to no end.

I was really scared after watching The Sixth Sense. Just the idea that there were ghost out there, possible all around you and that you didn’t knew… I was also scared to suddenly see a ghost whenever I opened the door of my room.
